I agree that two of your main clusters of questions are extremely important. 1) What is a woman/what does that feel like/do feelings establish reality? 2) if it's a disorder to feel as if one is really an amputee when one isn't (Body Identity Integrity Disorder), then is wanting to gut the parts of the body associated with sex/gender also a disorder? Is neither a disorder? Is there a difference between the two?
